[Hiring] Consumer Packaged Goods Account Manager @Intralox

Role Description

Are you entrepreneurial, customer-focused, and driven to create long-term business success? At Intralox, one of the world's leading innovators in conveyance solutions, we are looking for a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Account Manager DACH to join our Sales Force Team and play a key role in growing strategic customer partnerships across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

As we continue to expand our presence in the DACH region, we are looking for a sales professional who is passionate about building long-term B2B relationships, understanding customer challenges, and creating value through consultative selling. You will engage with decision-makers from the shop floor to the boardroom, helping leading consumer packaged goods companies improve their operations and achieve their business goals.

What you'll do

• Develop and grow relationships with key consumer packaged goods accounts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, driving sustainable revenue growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers through a consultative sales approach.
• Understand customer challenges and decision criteria to recommend solutions that improve operational performance.
• Collaborate with global commercial teams to support cross-border projects and strategic initiatives.
• Manage complex sales opportunities from discovery through successful closure.
• Build credibility with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from operational teams to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to develop and manage long-term B2B customer relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, self-driven mindset.
• Technical affinity and the ability to understand industrial processes and solutions.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively (approximately 70%) throughout the region and occasionally internationally.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex customer environments.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Confidence working independently while collaborating effectively with international teams.
