[Hiring] Strategic Accounts Manager @Mercury Insurance Services, LLC

Role Description

The National Strategic Account Executive leads enterprise-level growth with national carrier agency relationships and national strategic accounts including: digital agencies, carrier agencies, brokers, and jumbo agencies. In this role, you will be responsible for executing on the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from onboarding through annual business planning and objective setting, driving multi-year portfolio expansion, profitability, and a best-in-class agent experience.

• Owns the end-to-end lifecycle for national carrier agency relationships and national digital agencies.
• Accountable for multi-year revenue growth, retention, and profit outcomes.
• Leads cross-functional initiatives that remove friction, improve quoting/placement throughput, and strengthen Mercury’s differentiated value proposition with partners.
• Serves as the point partnership point of escalation for assigned strategic accounts.
• Travel Requirement: ~25–45% to partner locations, events, and internal hubs.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Completion of CPCU, CIC, or advanced degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in P&C insurance distribution, carrier strategic accounts, or enterprise channel leadership.
• Proven success leading executive relationships and complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong command of sales economics and levers.
• Exceptional communication, influence without authority, and change leadership skills.
