[Hiring] Strategic Account Manager @Distalmotion SA

Role Description

The Strategic Account Manager drives commercial execution and adoption of DEXTER across assigned national Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), health systems, and multisite ambulatory surgery center (ASC) organizations in the United States. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Accounts, this role combines strategic account development with hands-on sales execution across multiple markets.

• Translates national account priorities into regional and facility-level opportunities.
• Builds relationships with executives and surgeons.
• Advances opportunities from initial engagement through evaluation, purchase, implementation, and utilization growth.
• Works closely with Area Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated execution and measurable account growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Requirements

• 7+ years of successful medical device sales experience with a documented history of achieving or exceeding quota.
• Experience selling capital equipment, surgical robotics, operating room technologies, or other complex healthcare solutions strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success navigating complex healthcare sales environments involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
• Experience working with ASCs, hospital systems, IDNs, academic medical centers, and physician leadership.
• Proven ability to build new markets and drive adoption of innovative technologies.
• Startup, launch, or high-growth commercial experience preferred.
