Role Description
As a Strategic Account Executive at Circit, you will own a focused set of top 100 audit firms in the US, including the Big Four. You will win new firms and grow the ones that already use Circit, across offices and products. This is a relationship-led role involving:
-
Owning a targeted list of key US audit firms, covering both new firms and existing customers, and running the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed contract, including procurement, security, compliance, and legal.
-
Meeting or beating quarterly targets for new business and expansion, and the key sales measures behind them.
-
Building your own pipeline through targeted outbound, referrals, events, and partners, with SDR support as the team grows.
-
Building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers by understanding how each firm runs its audits, sharing useful expertise, and showing how Circit fits.
-
Qualifying and running every deal using MEDDICC, with mutual action plans and an honest forecast.
-
Giving clear, convincing product demos built around what you learned in discovery.
-
Writing and owning an account plan for each firm, and a territory plan that sets which firms to work first by audit share and buying signals, then following through to get the most out of the market.
-
Working with Customer Success, Solutions, Product, and Marketing so customers get what they were sold and their needs are met at every stage of the sale.
-
Keeping CRM records clean and up to date, forecasting accurately, and feeding market and competitor insight back to leadership and internal teams.
-
Attending networking events and conferences to build relationships that lead to new business.
-
Travelling up to 30% of the time, within the region and across the US.
Qualifications
-
8+ years of B2B enterprise sales, with at least 3 years closing six-figure deals as a full-quota individual contributor.

Able to manage long, multi-threaded cycles, with a record of expanding accounts after the first sale.

A team player who works well with SDRs, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing.
