Role Description

As a Sr. EMEA Account Executive, you'll be a hunter responsible for closing new business across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, from outbound prospecting and lead generation through first revenue. Working closely with the VP of Sales, you'll partner with Business Development, Strategic Accounts, Product, and Marketing to drive pipeline and revenue growth across a diverse, multi-market region.

What You'll Do:

  • Become an expert on our EMEA market and diverse customer base
  • Learn our sales process and navigate complex deals; effectively run a deal cycle
  • Source pipeline, manage evaluation cycles, and close business
  • Communicate the value of Hologram's platform to multiple personas, from technical buyers to C-suite, across different cultural and business contexts
  • Share market feedback and insights to inform product and process improvements
  • Collaborate with US Sales, Sales Ops, and Customer Success to drive deals forward
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and accountability

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales and closing experience within a complex sales funnel, specific to wireless and/or IoT, with direct experience and working knowledge of the EMEA market
  • Formal value selling training (MEDDIC, Force Management, Challenger, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficiency in SFDC, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Passion for determining what your customers need and ensuring Hologram delivers phenomenal experiences at every touchpoint
  • The ability to take broad goals and turn them into specific plans, working through obstacles, and making good decisions along the way
  • A talent for moving fast, both when a customer has an immediate need, and on solving bigger problems in a timely manner
  • Eagerness to continue to learn and grow, at any stage of your career
  • Comfortable building structure and using judgment in a fast-moving, evolving environment

Requirements

  • Bonus Points:
    • Experience landing and expanding in a usage or consumption-based product
    • Experience navigating enterprise sales cycles
    • Experience leveraging AI in sales processes
    • Bilingual (French, German)

Compensation

  • $130,000 - $150,000 base + Commission. Total annual target compensation is split 50/50 between base and commission.
