[Hiring] Specialist Sales Representative @GSK

Role Description

As Specialist Sales Representative, you will be in charge of promoting the GSK portfolio in Severe Asthma to Pulmonologists and Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps to ORL, in Grand Duché of Luxembourg. Reporting to the First Line Sales Manager, you will act as the responsible person in your area by building your targeting and your action plans to achieve/exceed your sales targets. Our objective is to build a strong partnership with the targeted HCPs to differentiate our products and to build the Specialty GSK footprint in Luxembourg.

• You promote and detail the value of GSK Severe Asthma and Nasal Polyps products to target groups and communicate the key messages to all targeted customers.
• You create and execute a clear plan of action to deliver these objectives.
• You partner with key customers and other stakeholders to identify specific business opportunities to sustain products’ goals.
• You work collaboratively with all functions to ensure successful launches and/or ongoing promotion of GSK products, with the common objective to enhance our GSK footprint in Luxembourg.
• You ensure all activities and plans are executed in alignment with GSK high ethics and compliance standards and with all applicable local legal requirements and regulations.

Qualifications

• Higher Education degree (Bachelor minimum).
• Experience in Sales or Key Account Management in the Pharmaceutical Industry in Luxembourg.
• Result driven mindset with the willingness to embrace new challenges.
• Ability to build strategic relationships with external and internal customers.
• Thrives in a competitive environment.
• Fluent French speaker with a good level of English.

Benefits

• Annual gross base salary range: EUR 68,850 to EUR 114,750.
• Potential annual bonus and eligibility to participate in share-based long-term incentive program.
