Role Description

A well-regarded safari tour operator, offering tailor-made itineraries across some of Africa's finest wildlife destinations, is looking for a SPANISH-SPEAKING TOUR SALES CONSULTANT to serve their Spanish market. Working remotely, you'll own the full client journey for Spanish-speaking travellers, from first contact through to final feedback, so this suits someone equally comfortable with sales targets and detailed itinerary planning.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of Spanish, written and verbal, alongside strong English communication skills
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the travel industry, ideally in tour consulting or hotel operations
• Proven track record selling Southern African tours (South Africa, Botswana and Namibia)
• Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field advantageous
• Comfortable managing multiple client requests and bookings simultaneously
• Flexible, adaptable, and willing to work varied hours when needed
• Based in or with knowledge of at least two of the three core selling destinations

Requirements

• Manage client inquiries, bookings and payments across WhatsApp, email and calls, keeping response times fast
• Prepare detailed itineraries that reflect each client's specific requests and services
• Generate accurate invoices for confirmed bookings and follow up on outstanding payments
• Collect post-safari feedback consistently and resolve any concerns that arise
• Communicate booking or itinerary changes clearly, both before and during trips
• Resolve issues proactively to maintain a smooth client experience throughout
• Contribute to weekly and monthly sales targets
