[Hiring] Spanish-Speaking Sales Executive @Excelerate360

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Inside Sales Representative to support our client's growth in the Spanish market. This is a hands-on sales role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities and, most importantly, closing deals. You will manage prospects throughout the sales cycle, from initial outreach and understanding customer requirements through to presenting suitable products, handling objections and securing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through outbound activities, including cold calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach.
• Research prospective customers, identify key decision-makers and build relationships with potential buyers across Spain.
• Manage and follow up on marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and product discussions through to negotiation and closing deals.
• Deliver online product demonstrations where appropriate, clearly communicating product features, benefits and value.
• Handle customer questions, overcome objections and negotiate effectively to maximise conversion rates.
• Maintain an accurate CRM database, manage your sales pipeline and consistently work towards sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop opportunities, improve conversion rates and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in inside sales, telesales or a similar sales-focused role.
• A proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
• Experience selling physical products, ideally within blinds, window furnishings, hardware, building materials, home improvement or a related industry.
• Confidence managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads through to negotiation and closing.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Commercial awareness, with the ability to identify opportunities, handle objections and maximise sales revenue.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities, maintain accurate records and follow up consistently.
• Fluent Spanish, with the ability to communicate confidently with customers in the Spanish market.
• A proactive, self-motivated and target-driven approach to sales.

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience selling blinds, window furnishings or window coverings.
• Knowledge of the home improvement, interiors, hardware, windows or building products sectors.
• Experience selling made-to-measure or specification-led products.
