Role Description

The Smart Office End User Sales Executive - Central is a specialist sales role focused on helping customers transform how their employees connect and collaborate. This individual will partner closely with Lenovo sales teams, channel partners, and end-user customers to identify opportunities and deliver tailored video conferencing, collaboration, AV, and modern workspace solutions. The role combines strong solution-selling skills with technical knowledge of the collaboration ecosystem to build relationships with key decision-makers and drive revenue and profitability.

• Skilled in articulating the benefits of Video Conferencing / Video Collaboration / Modern Workspace and related solutions.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of Video Conferencing and associated AV solutions technology, including its practical application and how it meets customers' needs.
• Familiar with the collaboration / video conferencing ecosystem and competition in the market.
• Cultivating relationships with Lenovo sales teams. While you won’t own specific accounts, you will serve as a support sales specialist and help support an account list.
• Managing full cycle sales process with Lenovo Sellers, Channel Sellers, and End Users.
• Building new relationships with decision-makers responsible for use case solution choices.
• Collaborating with business and channel partners focused on solution selling, leveraging their expertise to secure new business.
• Drives revenue & profit, selling tailored use case solutions.
• Identifies requirements and ensures adequate training & support for Smart Collaboration solutions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree & 8 years min of successful experience in solution sales (hardware, software & services).
• Strong skills in building relationships and engaging confidently with executive-level customers and Channel Partner leadership.
• Familiarity with Pro AV and/or Workplace Collaboration technology solutions or Cloud solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in closing new business and managing relationships within net-new and existing accounts.
• Travel to any or all End User or Channel Partner sites, and tradeshows at a high-frequency to ensure territory success.
• Proven rolodex of proven channel sellers, design engineers, sales engineers, solution architects, channel leadership contacts.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.

• The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is 123,060–188,646 USD.
• Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
