[Hiring] Senior Solutions Support Engineer @Wiz

Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Director of Global BDR to join us in spreading the power of Wiz. In this role, you will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on understanding the business needs of our customers around the world. As the Global BDR leader for Wiz, you will be responsible for all aspects of the BDR lifecycle, including:

• Hiring and retaining top talent
• Managing day-to-day operations
• Analytics and overall strategy
• Partnership with all other GTM teams including Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, GTM Enablement, and Marketing

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or GTM operations, with a strong background in SaaS
• 4+ years of experience managing, scaling, and developing high-performing BDR teams and BDR managers
• Experience managing CRM tools, sales analytics, and pipeline metrics in Salesforce or equivalent platforms
• Experience building and executing GTM strategies in partnership with sales, marketing, and revenue operations

Requirements

• Experience leading global or multi-regional BDR teams within the cybersecurity or cloud security markets
• Deep understanding of effective sales processes and methodologies, such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from large sets of data
• Strong business acumen and a proactive attitude needed to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, recruit, and retain a globally distributed team of skilled BDRs and BDR leaders focused on fast-moving enterprise accounts
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, GTM Enablement, and Marketing to drive operational excellence, pipeline strategy, and efficiency
• Drive team accountability, deal management, and operations in Salesforce to ensure high-velocity sales growth
• Define and execute the global BDR strategy, setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational analytics to measure success
