Role Description

The Sr. Manager, Solution Sales – Hospitality & Data Center Europe is responsible for defining and executing the strategic growth agenda for the Hospitality & Data Center vertical across Europe. This role combines strategic leadership, business development, and solution selling excellence, with a strong focus on expanding Belden’s footprint in the Hospitality & Data Center industry.

You will make an impact in the following way:

• Drive Vertical Strategy & Growth: Define and execute the Hospitality & Data Center strategy across Europe, focusing on priority segments, key accounts, and differentiated value propositions in digitalization, cybersecurity, and connectivity.
• Own Pipeline & Strategic Deals: Lead pipeline creation and conversion, ensuring early engagement in strategic projects and driving large, complex opportunities through a disciplined solution-selling approach.
• Lead & Develop the Team: Build and coach a high-performing team of Solution Account Managers, strengthening vertical expertise, customer intimacy, and value-based selling capabilities.
• Manage Strategic Ecosystem: Develop strong relationships with EPCs and partners, while orchestrating collaboration with CIC, Marketing, Product Management, and Channel teams.
• Ensure Cross-Functional Execution: Align regional sales, technical, and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions, generate demand, and scale best practices across the organization.
• Own Performance & Execution Discipline: Drive business performance (orders, revenue, pipeline, win rate), ensure forecast accuracy, and lead structured business reviews.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Hospitality & Data Center markets, with a strong track record in solution selling, complex deal management, and leading multi-country teams.
• Deep exposure to EPCs, system integrators, and major end users.
• Strong leadership and team development skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex ecosystems.
• Solid knowledge of industrial networking, cybersecurity in critical infrastructure, and digital transformation trends.
• Experience in a medium-to-large international organization, working in a matrix environment and with cross-functional teams.
