[Hiring] Senior Sales Representative @Danaher

Role Description

The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the sales program in a designated territory. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing account strategies.
• Actively engaging in the sales process.
• Collaborating with OEM sales staff.

This position reports to the General Manager, China and is part of the Sales team located in China and will be a remote role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Plan, execute, and direct overall sales program for the territory, including development of account strategies, implementation of strategies, and coordination of resources necessary to optimize strategies.
• Engage in selling of accounts including qualification, demonstration, clinical evaluation and closure.
• Work with appropriate OEM sales staffs in selling and closing key account whole-house conversions.
• Position Masimo SET as the new standard for pulse oximetry.
• Participate in programs to build and maintain end-user awareness (e.g., trade show, regional symposium, competitive analysis, advertising, etc.).
• Provide marketing input to upper management including market trends and competitive activity.
• Interface with senior level managers to maintain mutual understanding of product design needs, regulatory, and production requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales representative role within an organization.
• Mature thinking and acting professional with good common sense and judgment.
• Broad business perspective with outstanding administrative skills.
• Direct selling experience in competitive, strategy-intensive markets.
• Experience calling on administration and key decision-makers.
• Experience working in both large structured and small entrepreneurial organizations.
• Comfortable in high visibility situations and exhibits strong self-confidence.
• Self-starter; a "hands-on" individual who enjoys challenge and is dedicated to getting the job done with minimal support and direction.
• Accustomed to a travel schedule appropriate for given territory.
