Role Description
Our client is seeking a
Senior Sales Manager
to drive business development within the data center and large-scale infrastructure market. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role focused on building and expanding relationships with key stakeholders across hyperscale data centers, large contractors, and developers. The successful candidate will play a critical role in growing a new and strategic business line, with the opportunity to build out a team over time. This position is ideal for a senior sales professional with an established network and the ability to generate and close high-value deals independently.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting data center and large infrastructure projects across the U.S.

Leverage an existing network to generate new business opportunities and secure high-value contracts

Build relationships with key decision-makers including contractors, developers, and enterprise end users

Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure

Collaborate with internal engineering, project management, and manufacturing teams to deliver tailored solutions

Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and industry engagements

Identify and pursue direct-to-client opportunities, bypassing traditional intermediary channels where applicable

Contribute to long-term growth strategy, including potential team build-out
Qualifications

Proven experience in data center sales or infrastructure-related sales

Strong track record of generating revenue and closing large-scale deals

Existing relationships with key players in the data center ecosystem (e.g., contractors, developers, end users)

Ability to operate independently in a business development capacity

Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders

Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and drive business
Requirements

Preferred experience selling power infrastructure, switchgear, or related electrical solutions

Background working with hyperscalers or large enterprise clients

Experience in roles such as Sales Manager, Sales Director, or Business Development Manager within relevant industries
