Cotality continues to win in the market, and we are expanding our Client Director team. We have an opportunity for a highly motivated account executive to join our insurance sales team.
This opportunity is for an accomplished account executive who is experienced in engaging client executive leadership to advance partnerships by fully understanding client priorities, needs, and opportunities. You will be our point person to lead cross-functional enterprise resources to position Cotality as a trusted business advisor within an assigned territory!
What You Will Be Doing:

Develop a deep understanding of our clientβs business priorities, needs and opportunities, and evangelize how Cotality capabilities align with our clients' business to identify partnership expansion opportunities.

Effectively position Cotality as a strategic partner to explore The Art of the Possible within the property, insurance moment; and enable and encourage our client partners to reimagine their business vision and strategy and exceed their goals and objectives.

Leverage a team-based go-to-market sales model, leading the full sales cycle with large, complex organizations.

Effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to drive strategic value to our customers.

Identify and nurture highly engaged and impactful client relationships that directly lead to mutual success, and continued partnerships.

Collaborate and find effective ways to leverage the incredible talent, expertise, and knowledge of the Cotality Team.

Capture and report new business volume and velocity success by effectively leveraging CRM.
Qualifications

10+ years of sales experience in the data, insurance or similar industry.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Five - Ten years or more of experience in the data, insurance or similar industry.

Experience in solution selling; strong influencing and negotiation skills.

Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.

Independent decision-making capabilities.

Effective listening and communication skills.

Able to consolidate and succinctly translate and relay market/client feedback.

Prioritization skills; able to effectively manage through competing priorities.

Ability to travel up to 50%.
Requirements

Please note range listed is the potential annual base range. This is an OTE compensated package so there is also uncapped commission potential.

Annual Pay Range: 144,000 - 180,000 USD.
