The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enablement programs that strengthen seller capability and support Convera's global go-to-market priorities. This role will help sellers confidently apply what they learn through practical, engaging, seller-friendly content and learning experiences.
-
Shape and lead scalable sales enablement programs across the full seller curriculum, including sales processes, skills, tools, product and solution knowledge, and priority role-specific needs.
-
Assess business priorities, seller needs, existing programs, content, and workflows; identify gaps; and develop practical plans that balance immediate requirements with scalable, long-term solutions.
-
Partner with subject-matter experts and cross-functional teams to translate complex business, process, customer, market, product, and competitive information into clear, practical, and engaging seller-ready learning and resources.
-
Design and deliver learning experiences for global audiences through live and virtual facilitation, self-paced content, seller practice, and in-the-flow-of-work support, adapting delivery for specific roles, teams, regions, and business priorities.
-
Design and strengthen the architecture for onboarding, ramp, certification, continuous learning, and role-specific enablement by defining learning outcomes, applied practice, readiness milestones, and reinforcement approaches.
-
Advise and partner with sales leaders and managers to define what sellers must know, say, show, and do; build alignment around priorities; and enable managers to reinforce application through coaching and inspection.
-
Drive execution governance across multiple workstreams, including program goals, scope, stakeholder alignment, project plans, dependencies, risks, communications, delivery, and follow-through.
-
Use Highspot, Gong, AI tools, and other enablement technologies to scale access, practice, reinforcement, insight, and adoption.
-
Define success measures and evaluate program impact across engagement, proficiency, adoption, behavior change, seller confidence, manager reinforcement, and business outcomes; communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
