[Hiring] Senior Sales Development Representative @UpCodes

Role Description

UpCodes has grown rapidly through product-led momentum, without the support of a fully built-out sales team. To build on this traction, we’re excited to hire a Sr SDR who will play a central role in our go-to-market strategy.

You’ll partner closely with AEs to identify and break into strategic accounts, experiment with messaging and outreach strategies, and help us continue improving how we prospect as the team grows.

• Own outbound prospecting into high-value and strategic accounts
• Research accounts and develop thoughtful, personalized outreach across multiple stakeholders
• Qualify prospects and create high-quality opportunities for the AE team
• Manage your pipeline independently, consistently tracking activity, follow-up, and performance against goals
• Partner closely with AEs on account strategy, messaging, and smooth handoffs
• Share learnings from prospects and experiments to help improve messaging, targeting, and SDR processes

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SDR/BDR experience
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
• Experience with modern GTM tooling such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, or Outreach
• Ability to qualify prospects, track progress through the sales cycle, and substantially contribute to pipeline growth
• A good sense of humor and a down-to-earth personality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A hustling mentality—no task is too small or too large
