Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage targeted prospect lists based on ZPT's ICP.
• Research companies, their business models, organizational structure, and operational challenges.
• Identify key decision-makers such as:
  • Founders
  • CEOs
  • Managing Partners
  • COOs
  • Operations leaders
• Conduct high-volume but highly targeted outbound prospecting.
• Reach prospects through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other relevant channels.
• Create personalized outreach based on the prospect's business and potential AI opportunities.
• Start conversations and generate interest in ZPT's solutions.
• Qualify prospects based on:
  • Company size
  • Operational complexity
  • AI readiness
  • Decision-making structure
  • Business needs
• Identify relevant triggers such as:
  • Growth
  • Increasing workload
  • Operational inefficiencies
  • Reporting pressure
  • The need to scale without significantly increasing headcount
• Book qualified discovery meetings for the senior sales team.
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the outreach sequence.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update prospecting activity.
• Track key SDR metrics including outreach volume, response rates, qualified opportunities, and meetings booked.
• Continuously test and improve messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B SDR / BDR / Business Development experience
• Proven experience in outbound prospecting
• Strong experience with cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling
• Experience selling or prospecting for SaaS, AI, technology, automation, consulting, or professional services
• Comfortable reaching C-level and senior decision-makers
• Strong research and prospect qualification skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication and copywriting skills
• Persistent and comfortable with rejection
• Highly organized and disciplined with follow-ups
• Data-driven and comfortable working with KPIs
• Autonomous and comfortable working remotely
• Commercially curious and able to understand a business before approaching it
