[Hiring] Senior Sales Administrator @Medtronic

Role Description

Medtronic has a great opportunity for a professional to join a market leading medical devices company. We are looking for a Snr Sales Administrator to join the EMEA & APAC Commercial Operations team to support sales, onboarding & SIP (Sales Incentive plan) process optimization.

In this role, you will streamline and optimize sales support, onboarding, and SIP processes — working in close collaboration with Finance, HR, and Commercial Country teams to ensure seamless SIP administration and sales operations across the business.

• Support the sales force sizing, territory design, account segmentation and target setting process in line with strategic imperatives
• Enable the sales force team through the design and implementation of competitive Sales Incentive Plans including special incentives (SPIFF) and Champions Circle
• Responsible for administration of SIP plans for EMEA & APAC countries
• Responsible for smooth onboarding of commercial employees
• Leads and contributes to cross-functional process improvement projects with key departments, including IT, Finance and Enablers to improve organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience in business analytics, sales and operations
• Broad perspective and business acumen, able to think strategically and at the same time be hands-on and detail oriented
• Strong influencing and executive communication & presentation skills (with fluency in both written and spoken English)
• Experience in a multicultural, diverse environment and interaction with many stakeholders
• Excellent analytical skills in Excel and knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
• Good knowledge of IT software/systems – Tableau, Power BI

• Pay range: Czechia: 880,000.00 CZK - 1,320,000.00 CZK | Poland: 152,000.00 PLN - 228,000.00 PLN
• This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
