[Hiring] (Senior) Programmatic Sales GSA @Zattoo

Role Description

As a Programmatic Sales GSA, you will be responsible for the automated and data-driven sale of our digital advertising inventory (primarily video and CTV) and report directly to the Director Sales All Markets. You will manage programmatic bookings, oversee the planning, implementation and optimisation of our initiatives to boost revenue in programmatic sales, and will therefore also be directly responsible for the optimisation and smooth, technical implementation of campaigns. This makes you the primary point of contact for agency trading desks in the GSA region regarding preferred deals and PMP strategies. You’ll also help with SSP and header bidding integrations and act as the link between Sales, Tech and AdOps.

What You’ll Do

• Acquisition of new customers, advice, support and guide media agencies, trading desks and direct clients through our programmatic possibilities in a way they can understand.
• Drawing up and negotiating bespoke programme packages, private deals or preferred deals.
• Maximise inventory revenue, skilfully manage floor prices (minimum prices) and analyse delivery rates and CPMs.
• Partner with regional sales teams in GSA to consult clients and pitch programmatic solutions.
• Co-lead the technical and commercial setup of Header Bidding and additional SSP integrations for CTV.
• First-line technical ownership of programmatic delivery.
• Identify technical errors during delivery, analyse tracking issues and check campaign set-ups: troubleshoot deal delivery, floor pricing, and DSP configuration issues (e.g., SSAI, VAST responses, pod management, DSP/SSP bid stream mismatches).
• Explain complex technical matters in simple terms to non-technical customers or internal departments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Programmatic Advertising, SSP Management, or Programmatic Account Management (strong experience in CTV/Video).
• A proven track record in the sales of digital advertising products.
• Deep understanding of Google Ad Manager, DSP/SSP workflows, OpenRTB specs, and deal types (Preferred Deals, PMP, PG).
• Experience or strong technical familiarity with Header Bidding frameworks (e.g., Prebid) and SSP integrations.
• Strong network or understanding of the DACH Agency Trading Desk landscape.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Independent, strong communicator, able to work under pressure, with strong negotiation skills.
• Team player and creative thinker with a questioning mindset.
