[Hiring] Senior Professional Sales Specialist @MSD

Role Description

Responsible territory: The hospital channel of Taipei. This role will be dedicated in Infectious diseases/Anesthesia therapeutic areas, and will report to the Sales Manager .

• Utilize and apply company resources during customer visits, conduct effective promotional messages to target customers.
• Responsible for customer development and cultivation in the assigned area, while maintaining strong rapports with existing customers to meet quantitative and qualitative goals.
• Develop territory priorities (action plans) with both qualitative and quantitative metrics with timely review and reporting.
• Plan and execute territory activities that align with business units/product strategy while providing timely feedback to sales manager and marketers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a marketer or sales representative.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good at operating Microsoft software, e.g.: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
• Basic English ability is required, especially in listening and reading.
• Possess the characteristics of being proactive and able to independently develop the market in related fields.
• Willingness to accept changes and challenges.
• Familiar with therapeutic areas of Anesthesia, Anti-infectious disease is preferred.
• Driving license is required.
