Role Description

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven sales leader to build and manage our new GTM Launch Team. This is a unique opportunity to act as the "founder" of our new product initiatives, with a primary focus on driving early sales, securing cornerstone customers, and creating a scalable sales model.

As the Sr Manager, Sales Acceleration, you will lead a dedicated, cross-functional team of sales and customer success professionals. Your mission is to take new products from concept to commercial success by personally driving initial sales and building a repeatable GTM playbook. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a "player-coach" who is passionate about building from the ground up, comfortable navigating the ambiguity of a new market, and has a proven track record of closing deals.

This is a remote opportunity within the UK.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with a background in sales, sales strategy, product marketing, or business development.
• Proven experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.
• A deep understanding of the new product introduction (NPI) process.
• The ability to develop a comprehensive GTM strategy, set measurable objectives, and pivot based on market feedback.
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions and communicate results.
• The ability to articulate a clear and compelling vision and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Thrive in ambiguous environments, are comfortable with experimentation, and have a relentless drive to build something new and impactful.

Requirements

• Recruit, manage, and mentor a dedicated team of Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success Managers.
• Personally own and drive the sales cycle to secure the first paying customers for new products.
• Own the team’s initial pipeline and ARR targets.
• Define and execute the strategy to secure the first paying customers for new products.
• Author the GTM playbook, documenting everything from messaging and competitive positioning.
• Create and manage a robust process for channeling direct feedback from customers and the market back to Product Management.
• Act as the primary GTM stakeholder for new products.
• Deliver data-driven updates to the GTM leadership team on key learnings, progress against objectives, and recommendations for scaling the sales effort.

• Annual base salary between £113,000 GBP and £164,000 GBP, commission-eligible.
