[Hiring] Senior Enterprise SaaS Sales Executive @Vontier

Role Description

Own and grow the French market for a global SaaS leader in EV charging and close high-value enterprise deals.

We’re looking for a high-performing Enterprise SaaS Sales Executive to build and grow our presence in the French market from the ground up, driving pipeline, strategy, and revenue.

• Work closely with senior leadership, product, and pre-sales teams.
• Win complex enterprise deals.
• Scale a high-growth, underpenetrated market critical to the company’s European expansion.

You must have:

• Fluent French
• Proven enterprise SaaS sales experience
• A true new business (“hunter”) mindset

This is a highly autonomous hunter role where you will:

• Build, own and convert your pipeline
• Close complex, high-value SaaS deals
• Engage directly with C-level stakeholders at Tier 1 organisations

Qualifications

• Proven success in enterprise SaaS sales (10+ years)
• Track record closing complex, high-value deals
• Experience selling to Tier 1 organisations / C-suite
• Strong pipeline generation and “hunter” mentality
• Fluent or native French + strong English
• Experience working remotely with high autonomy
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC)

Requirements

• Closing large, multi-year enterprise SaaS deals (6–7 figure range)
• Converting strategic opportunities in a high-growth, underpenetrated market
• Building strong executive relationships across Europe
• Consistently exceeding revenue targets
