[Hiring] Senior Director - Non-Commercial Sales @JTM Food Group

Role Description

The Sr. Director – Non-Commercial Sales is responsible for all sales activities from lead generation through close. Implements agreed upon business development plan and sales strategies which will meet business goals of expanding customer base in the assigned marketing area. Develops intimate customer and account relationships and manages all customer projects with other internal stakeholders. Identifies and captures new business opportunities at existing accounts and at prospective new accounts.

Qualifications

• Five-ten years minimum experience in the food service industry.
• Key Regional Account and tier 1 Distributor relationships.
• BS Degree.
• Extensive travel required.
• Superior planning and organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with computer applications required.

Requirements

• In designated territories develop and maintain Contract Management channels and major end users, Healthcare, College & Universities, Resorts, National Parks, Stadiums, Arenas, Amusement Parks, Casinos, Assemblers (sandwiches/burritos) and other major accounts.
• Leverage increased Tier 1 Distribution through contract management companies to increase number and volume of “specified” and approved PL items.
• Coordinate closely with Marketing and Culinary teams to secure Non-Commercial accounts.
• Develop and maintain appropriate pricing and margin strategies.
• Fully utilize JTM sales management reporting systems and tools and help lead the implementation of the new Sales CRM system (salesforce.com).
• Sales goals/forecasts, measurements and objectives will be developed and assigned on an annual basis and reviewed monthly and quarterly for performance.
• Attend industry conferences, food shows, etc. to increase and maintain industry knowledge, expertise and key contacts.
• Provide leadership and mentor other JTM sales managers through example, high energy, hard work, professionalism and results.
