[Hiring] (Senior) Account Manager @The Chemours Company

Role Description

Chemours is seeking a (Senior) Account Manager to join our Thermal & Specialized Solutions business. In this role, you will manage and develop strategic customer and channel partner relationships across Benelux, Germany, and Northern Europe. You will work closely with distributors, OEMs, and direct customers while supporting the market transition toward more sustainable cooling and refrigeration solutions.

This is a highly visible customer-facing role that combines relationship management, commercial leadership, channel management, and strategic account development.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic customers, OEMs, and channel partners
• Develop and execute account growth strategies
• Build long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Lead pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract renewals
• Identify opportunities for profitability improvement and business growth
• Collaborate with Business Development, Technical Sales, Marketing, and Advocacy teams
• Support customers in evaluating and adopting future-focused product solutions
• Analyze market developments and customer requirements
• Represent Chemours at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events
• Contribute to regional commercial planning and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, Technical Sales, or B2B commercial roles
• Background within HVAC, refrigeration, cooling, chemicals, industrial products, or a related technical market
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management capabilities
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships
• Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and functions
• Fluency in English and either German and/or French
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%
