Role Description

Qualifications

• Proven success closing mid-market and enterprise deals ($30K–$120K ACV)
• Fluency with modern sales tooling (CRM, sales engagement, forecasting) and disciplined CRM hygiene
• A consultative, customer-first approach and high ownership
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical sales experience

Requirements

• Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Manage full-cycle sales — prospecting to close — for mid-market and enterprise accounts
• Run discovery with TA/HR leaders and map their pain (manual data entry, tool sprawl) to Kula's value
• Deliver tailored demos and business cases; drive deals through evaluation to signature
• Build and maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in the CRM
• Partner with SDRs, marketing, product, and customer success on pipeline and expansion
• Mentor junior reps and contribute to the sales playbook
