[Hiring] Senior Account Executive @Beacon Talent

Role Description

Our client is a PE-backed, high-growth B2B SaaS company in the environmental, health, and safety (EHS) and workforce-training space, is hiring a Senior Account Executive to run full-cycle new business into mid-market and upper-mid-market accounts.

This is a hunter seat. The company has spent the last 18 months moving its sales org from a farmer/hunter hybrid to a full hunter model, with farming and expansion now owned by Customer Success. You'll self-generate the majority of your own pipeline, not work leads handed to you by marketing or SDRs.

• Run full-cycle new-business sales into mid-market and upper-mid-market accounts
• Self-generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting
• Run discovery against compliance, safety, workforce-training, and operational-risk problems, then map a configurable, multi-module platform onto them; this is not an off-the-shelf demo
• Navigate multi-stakeholder deal cycles across EHS, HR, Operations, and executive buyers over a typical 3 to 6 month cycle
• Own the account through year one, including any upsell, before it transitions to Customer Success
• Maintain pipeline and forecast discipline in Salesforce

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B SaaS closing experience with verifiable attainment
• Demonstrated outbound self-generation; not just comfort with outbound, but a real, repeatable motion you've built and can describe in specifics
• Experience with mid-market to enterprise deal shape: multi-stakeholder cycles of roughly 3 to 6 months, five to six figure ACV. Pure SMB/velocity selling is not a fit
• A track record selling a complex, configurable platform that requires real discovery and solution design, not a fixed-feature product
• US-based and comfortable working fully remote

Requirements

• Experience in EHS, safety, compliance, GRC, or workforce-training/LMS software (a plus, not a requirement)
• Experience selling into EHS, HR, or Operations buyers specifically (a plus, not a requirement)
• Experience with multi-product or multi-module selling at a company that has grown through acquisition (a plus, not a requirement)
• Experience selling into industrial verticals: manufacturing, construction, energy/utilities, mining, or transportation (a plus, not a requirement)

Compensation

Uncapped commission, structured as a 50/50 to 60/40 base/variable split depending on segment.
