Role Description
Join our Sales Team and be a proactive part in finding and gaining new customers in the USA! This position is 100% remote based in the USA.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Build a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through research, networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.

Define and Execute:
Develop your specific sales strategy from end to end to gain new customers and grow 1NCE market share.

Act on Opportunities and Drive Fast Sales Cycle:
Identify and respond to new sales opportunities with urgency and focus, maintaining momentum throughout the sales process.

Prioritize Effectively:
Manage your pipeline with a keen sense of which opportunities need immediate attention to close deals efficiently.

Solution Selling:
Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer pain points, business requirements, and technological landscape.

Client Engagement:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders within enterprise accounts.

Maintain Customer Focus:
Consistently prioritize customer needs in all interactions and activities.

Product Knowledge:
Maintain deep knowledge of our IoT solutions, products, and services.

Collaborate to Expedite Processes:
Work closely with back-office support and fulfillment teams to streamline processes.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into our IoT offerings.

Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

Collaborate Internationally:
Interact with the international team to align efforts and achieve regional targets.

Qualifications

Consultative Sales Experience: At least five years of relevant work experience in consultative sales and direct sales within the IoT market.

Telecommunication Sector Interest: Deeply interested in the telecommunication sector with successful experience.

IoT Solutions Understanding: Strong understanding of IoT solutions and knowledge of different IoT verticals.

Passion for High-Growth: Passion for working with a motivated leadership team focused on creating a high-growth company.

Proven Sales Track Record: Proven track record in sales, particularly in customer acquisition.

Partnership Development: Capable of developing relationships with industry partners.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in spoken and written English.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a committed team player.

Autonomous Work: Capable of working autonomously with a focus on set targets.
Requirements

Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, focusing on IoT, SaaS, or technology solutions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IoT technologies, platforms, and trends is required.

Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.

Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Customer Orientation: Strong customer focus and a consultative approach.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
