Role Description
As the first dedicated Senior Account Executive, you will build the entire direct sales motion from the ground up. This is a hunter-first role in the early phase β you'll prospect, pitch, and close β but the real differentiator is what happens next. Every account you close is yours to onboard, expand, and grow. You'll be the full customer relationship, not just the closing signature.

Build and own the full sales pipeline β prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiation, and close

Farm every account you close: onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion

Set up the sales tech stack β CRM, outreach sequences, playbooks β aligned with the CEO

Refine the ICP and pitch based on what's winning in the market

Maintain transparent pipeline and revenue forecasting for the leadership team

Feed customer insight back into the product roadmap through a structured feedback loop
Qualifications

3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience selling to performance marketing agencies, lead gen companies, affiliate networks, or call centers

Proven track record as a hunter β opening doors, building pipeline, and closing deals

Comfortable with 2-month sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals in the $5kβ$30k MRR range

Genuine willingness to farm and grow accounts β not just close and move on

Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics: CPL, EPC, ROAS, and how buyers in this space measure ROI

Experience setting up or improving sales infrastructure β CRM, sequences, or playbooks

Comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage environment

Active user of AI tools to accelerate prospecting, research, and outreach

Sharp, direct communicator β in writing and on calls

Fluent English; collaborative team player who works closely with leadership
Requirements

A background in B2B SaaS sales with direct exposure to the performance marketing or lead generation ecosystem β not just adjacent industries

5+ years of total sales experience with visible progression, ideally including time as an early or first sales hire

Familiarity with affiliate networks, lead gen economics, and call center operations at a level that earns credibility quickly with buyers

Experience selling communications infrastructure (voice, SMS, CPaaS) is a strong plus β but deep ICP knowledge matters more

An existing network of contacts in the performance marketing space is a meaningful advantage
