Role Description

Join our Momence team as SDR Manager in Australia to make a real impact every day. As the SDR Manager, you will lead and scale our outbound SDR function across the APAC region, with an initial focus on Australia. You will be responsible for:

• Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing a high-performing SDR team.
• Driving predictable pipeline generation for our Account Executive organisation.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who has successfully built outbound teams, established prospecting best practices, and developed SDRs from hiring through ramp and ongoing performance management. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Recruiting and Revenue Leadership to continuously improve outbound performance, optimise processes, and build a scalable sales development organisation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing an outbound SDR team in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated success hiring, onboarding, ramping and developing SDRs.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams, preferably across APAC or multiple time zones.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales methodologies and modern prospecting techniques.
• At least 2 years of experience selling into SMB customers.
• Proven ability to build predictable outbound pipeline.
• Experience coaching SDRs through every stage of their development.
• Strong hiring and interviewing experience.
• Experience creating onboarding programmes and sales training.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot.
• Proven expertise in developing and optimizing outbound prospecting strategies.
• A results-driven mentality, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
