Role Description

Spendbase is a fast-growing fintech SaaS startup helping companies take control of their spending. With our all-in-one platform, businesses can manage SaaS subscriptions, cloud costs, and corporate cards in one place β€” bringing clarity and control to company expenses.

We are looking for an SDR to fuel our pipeline growth across the Latin American market. The ideal candidate is an energetic, persistent, and coachable sales professional who is hungry to develop their career in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You are comfortable picking up the phone, writing sharp outreach, and finding creative ways to get in front of the right people.

  • Drive outbound prospecting across the LATAM market through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate account executives
  • Book discovery calls and product demos for the sales team
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers in IT, finance, and procurement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and activity tracking
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly pipeline targets
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in a sales, SDR, or business development role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with high-volume outreach
  • Organized with good time management and attention to detail
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) or sales engagement platforms (nice-to-have)
  • Native or fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese speaker (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with SaaS, fintech, or B2B sales concepts (nice-to-have)
  • Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment (nice-to-have)
