Role Description

Excel Nearshore is seeking a senior functional analyst to join a Managed Services POD supporting a global leader in neuro and sensory medical devices. This role sits at the intersection of Sales Cloud (Lightning) and B2B Commerce Cloud, ensuring seamless revenue flows, ERP integrations (Oracle EBS), and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA/FDA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related field.
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Developer or Accredited Professional).
• Preferred: ITIL Foundation certification.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into empathetic technical solutions.
• Strong analytical skills for medtech sales logistics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of functional expertise in Sales Cloud (Leads, Ops, Forecasting, Territory Mgmt) and B2B Commerce Cloud (Storefronts, Catalogs, Checkout flows).
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Einstein AI (predictive scoring/recommendations).
• Proven experience managing data flows between Salesforce and Oracle EBS (via MuleSoft/SOA), Google Geolocation APIs, and Xactly.
• Experience handling L1/L2 support tickets, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and CAPA within an ITIL framework.
