[Hiring] Salesforce Practice Lead @iSolved.AI

Role Description

iSolved.AI is hiring a Salesforce Practice Lead to run delivery and help grow our Salesforce practice. You’ll make sure every project lands well, lead and grow the team, and sit next to our CEO in pursuits. This is a builder role: we’re a smaller partner, and we want someone who has helped a small or midsize practice grow and wants to do it again.

• Own delivery quality across all Salesforce engagements, so projects stay on track and clients stay happy
• Lead, mentor, and hire for the Salesforce team (consultants, architects, and analysts, not just engineers)
• Step in on client escalations and delivery issues and drive them to resolution
• Partner with the CEO on pursuits: solutioning, scoping, estimates, and pitches
• Help shape the practice’s offerings, methodology, and growth plan
• Stay client-facing as a senior Salesforce voice on key accounts

Qualifications

• Experience leading delivery or running a Salesforce practice at a small or midsize consulting partner
• Came up through the consulting ranks, ideally as a solution architect (functional, not purely technical)
• Deep, credible Salesforce knowledge
• Pre-sales and pursuit experience, with a track record of winning work
• People leadership: hiring, coaching, and managing a mixed delivery team
• Strong executive presence: articulate, polished, and someone we’re proud to put in front of any client

Requirements

• Nice to have: Health Cloud or healthcare industry experience
• Nice to have: Supply chain and logistics or financial services experience
• Nice to have: Salesforce architect or consultant certifications
