Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect & Integration Specialist with expertise in Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to support our team on a part-time and remote basis. This role requires strong architecture and integration knowledge, ensuring seamless data flow and system performance across various Salesforce clouds and external systems.

• Architect, design, and implement Salesforce solutions across Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Develop and manage integration strategies between Salesforce and external applications (e.g., data warehouses, third-party platforms, APIs).
• Provide technical leadership and best practices in Salesforce architecture and data modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business stakeholders.
• Support email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns through Marketing Cloud integration and automation.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare data security regulations in Health Cloud implementations.
• Optimize system performance and scalability through best practices in Salesforce development and integration.
• Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with a focus on architecture and integrations.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations with data warehouses, EHR systems, and third-party tools.
• Proficiency in APIs, MuleSoft (or other middleware), REST/SOAP web services, and data modeling.
• Understanding of Salesforce security best practices and HIPAA compliance in healthcare implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions.
• Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
