[Hiring] Salesforce Administrator @Indotronix International Corporation

Role Description

The role involves managing various aspects of Salesforce administration and user support, ensuring effective solutions to business needs.

• All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups.
• User support tickets (no afterhours support required).
• Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders for small enhancements.
• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, Lightning Experience Sites, Approval Processes, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
• Sandbox environment management.
• Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
• Monitor user adoption. User training and creating training materials.
• Additional support that contributes to the key outcomes of the Salesforce Solutions team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and analytical skills to engage with business subject matter experts to solution business needs and resolve issues.
• Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).
• 2+ years' experience administrating Salesforce/force.com products including Service Cloud.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud and/or Call Center a plus.
• Experience managing production updates/releases.
• Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator with Trailhead Badges/Super Badges.
• Experience with JIRA a plus.
• Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets.
• Ability to prioritize workstreams simultaneously and deliver results for a fast-paced program.
• Excellent organization and ability to analyze requirements and document effectively.

Requirements

• IT systems that will be used: Jira, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud/Call Center.
