[Hiring] Salesforce Administrator @RGP

Role Description

This Salesforce Administrator role combines hands-on platform administration with requirements gathering, project coordination, and quality assurance. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce improvements and support successful testing and delivery.

What You Will Work On

• Administer Salesforce and support ongoing platform improvements.
• Gather business requirements and coordinate project activities with stakeholders.
• Track work and communicate progress using JIRA or equivalent Agile tools.
• Create test documentation and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience (Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred).
• Proven experience with requirement gathering, project management, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with JIRA or equivalent Agile tools.
• Strong analytical, QA, and test documentation skills; ability to manage UAT and regression cycles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
