As a part-time Insurance Sales Trainee, you will:

• Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound sales conversations.
• Convert warm leads into customers using a proven consultative sales strategy.
• Assist customers with insurance quotes and coverage recommendations from Allstate products and products within the Allstate family of companies, including National General.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development activities.
• Work from home in a fast-paced call center to drive sales growth while delivering an exceptional, customer-first experience.

Your schedule will accommodate 20 hours per week (including nights and weekends), allowing flexibility to balance with your coursework, with opportunities for additional hours during peak seasons.

Dedicated, private, distraction-free home workspace (equipment provided).

Qualifications

• Candidates must be actively enrolled in a 4-year college, 2-year community college, and or technical program during the full duration of the trainee program.
• Students are required to have a minimum GPA of 3.0 to apply.
• Ability to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license with Allstate’s support.

Requirements

• Sales Representatives are required to obtain and maintain all required resident and non-resident Producer licenses necessary to sell insurance products in any state designated by Allstate.
• This includes obtaining non-resident Producer licenses in all states as required for the role.
• Reliable high-speed internet with wired connection (Ethernet).

Benefits

• Base Pay: $18/hour + incentive.
• Incentives are productivity-based and governed by the applicable bonus plan, which is subject to change at Allstate’s discretion.
