The Sales Support Coordinator provides administrative, business development, and project coordination support for commercial real estate due diligence services. This role is responsible for:

The position works closely with sales, marketing, operations, and project teams to ensure seamless client communication, accurate reporting, and efficient transition from awarded projects to execution.
Responsibilities

Support commercial real estate (CRE) sales and business development activities through client outreach, follow-up communication, and relationship management.

Coordinate calendars, meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and client dinners for sales and industry events.

Research and identify prospective clients, including lenders, developers, banks, investors, and public-sector organizations.

Coordinate collection efforts by working closely with sales personnel and clients to follow up on outstanding balances and ensure timely payment resolution.

Conduct lead generation and prospecting activities through CRM systems, conference attendee lists, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling.

Maintain and update customer records, opportunities, and pipeline activity within CRM and sales tracking systems.

Track bids, proposals, contracts, and sales opportunities through all stages of the sales lifecycle.

Generate proposals, scopes of work, and supporting sales documentation for due diligence services.

Ensure contracts, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation are accurate and aligned with company policies.

Coordinate with marketing, operations, project management, and technical teams to support seamless sales execution and project handoff.

Respond to client inquiries and provide timely communication throughout the sales and project process.

Research industry trends, market updates, and relevant news articles to support sales campaigns and business development initiatives.

Enter awarded projects into internal systems, upload reports, and manage project documentation.

Monitor due diligence timelines, project milestones, and closing deadlines to support efficient project execution.

Order historical data, supporting documents, and other required project materials.

Generate sales reports, maintain pipeline data, and assist with forecasting and performance tracking.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in the related field

Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tracking tools with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Ability to build professional relationships with clients and internal teams while providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
