Role Description

We are seeking a driven Sales Specialist to join our team and support the delivery of exceptional customer experiences through the rapid implementation of robotic machine-tending and OPTO automation projects. In this role, you will:

• Actively listen to client needs to help find the best solutions for our customers and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Utilize your technical expertise to quote projects and ensure every customer receives a high-satisfaction solution that improves their manufacturing profitability.
• Work closely with senior guidance to master automation and robotics tools—specifically focusing on HAAS, Fanuc, and the Fanuc CRX COBOT packages—to boost operational efficiency.
• Build solid customer relationships within your assigned territory.
• Foster collaborative partnerships with Haas Automation representatives, vendors, and the Phillips 360 team.
• Navigate CRM tools, support accurate forecasting, and pursue machine-tending opportunities that deliver industry-leading margins.

This position is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong technical background in automation who is ready to contribute to the design of cutting-edge solutions while growing toward consistent high performance and long-term career advancement within our organization.

The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $70,000.00 and $80,000.00 annually plus commission opportunities.
