Role Description

As a Regenerative Sales Specialist, you’ll take ownership of a dynamic multi-state territory, managing existing customer relationships and driving new business growth. You’ll be the go-to expert for dental practices, delivering impactful training, fostering trusted partnerships, and fueling sales performance across your territory.

• Be the face of OsteoGen for dental practices and specialists in your territory—providing support, building relationships, and driving mutual success.
• Educate and empower dental practices on regenerative products, clinical benefits, and key product differentiators.
• Grow the business by identifying new opportunities, building a healthy sales pipeline, and delivering smart, targeted strategies.
• Showcase our solutions to dental practices, specialists, and dental groups—ensuring our products solve real-world needs through both in-person and virtual sales calls.
• Partner with customer support and technical support to create a seamless customer experience.
• Work with the Special Markets Team to expand Impladent’s footprint in the DSO space.
• Track the numbers—monitor sales and pipeline performance to spot opportunities and close business.
• Show up and stand out at trade shows, specialty meetings, dental society events, bringing energy, product knowledge, and positive attitude.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience in the dental or healthcare industry.
• Experience selling bone regeneration and/or dental implants preferred.
• A team-first mindset and a can-do attitude—you're not just a closer, you're a collaborator.

• A knack for delivering presentations and training sessions that drive sales.
• Self-motivation and time management that let you thrive in a field-based role.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office—tech-savvy enough to stay on top of your game.
• Willingness to travel, including overnights.
