Role Description

Veser Kimyevi Maddeler A.Ş. is seeking a Sales Specialist (Plastic Additives and Chemical Raw Materials) to explore and develop new business opportunities in the MDB (CIS) region for polymer products, as well as to expand the customer portfolio and attract new clients.

Qualifications

• Higher education (preference given to engineering fields)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of chemical raw materials, particularly in the Plastic Additives product group
• Good command of Russian (both written and spoken), knowledge of English is preferred
• Ability to work with MS Office programs and CRM systems
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
• No restrictions on travel and business trips
• Valid driver's license

Requirements

• Conducting sales and marketing activities
• Achieving sales targets set by management
• Regular visits to existing customers and preparing reports on customer meetings
• Exploring and attracting new customers and business opportunities
• Conducting market and competitor analysis and presenting results in report form
• Working as a team member in coordination with various departments such as accounting, import, and credit risk management
