If youβre persuasive, resilient, commercially minded, and comfortable taking ownership of the entire sales process, this is an opportunity to put your sales skills to work in a business with a meaningful purpose.
-
Own the full sales cycle, from initial client contact and needs assessment through solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
-
Engage with clients who require urgent medical transport and aviation solutions, building trust in sensitive, high-pressure situations.
-
Identify client needs quickly and develop tailored solutions that balance urgency, service quality, and commercial objectives.
-
Proactively follow up on leads, manage opportunities, overcome objections, and convert prospects into customers.
-
Develop new business relationships and strengthen existing client partnerships across international markets.
-
Maintain accurate pipeline records, follow up consistently, and take accountability for individual sales performance.
-
Collaborate with our international operations and sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from closed deal to service delivery.
Qualifications
-
Native-level English communication skills, both written and spoken.
-
2β3 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in a closing-focused role involving negotiation, objection handling, and conversion.
-
A proven ability to build rapport, understand client needs, communicate value, and move opportunities toward a close.
-
A commercially minded, self-motivated professional who is persistent, adaptable, and comfortable working toward measurable targets.
-
The ability to remain calm, think critically, and make sound decisions in time-sensitive or emotionally charged situations.
-
Strong organizational skills, disciplined follow-up habits, and confidence using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
-
A collaborative mindset and the flexibility to support an international operation outside standard daytime business hours.
-
Additional language skills are a plus.
-
Experience in aviation, medical transport, travel, logistics, or other time-sensitive services is beneficial but not required.
Requirements
-
Fully remote position, open to candidates based in the United States.
-
Regular working hours are 4:00 PMβ12:30 AM Central Time (CT), with occasional flexibility to cover earlier shifts when needed.
-
One scheduled weekend shift per month, planned in advance as part of the team rotation.
-
A reliable internet connection and a suitable home-working environment are required.
Benefits
-
Meaningful work: your sales directly contribute to helping people access critical medical transport when they need it most.
-
Comprehensive onboarding and training in our services, sales processes, and industry.
-
A fully remote setup, with the digital tools and equipment needed to do your job.
-
An international working environment with direct communication, flat hierarchies, and room to take ownership.
