[Hiring] Sales Sourcing Manager @RBGlobal

Role Description

The Sales Sourcing Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with new and existing strategic suppliers. You will play a key role in driving supplier performance and supporting the sourcing team’s vision by delivering insights, services, and transactional solutions for commercial assets.

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to increase Gross Transaction Value (GTV), drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance the adoption of Ritchie Bros. products and services, while consistently delivering outstanding customer engagement.

• Leading the sourcing of new and existing strategic customers by evaluating equipment for consignment, negotiating terms, and executing contracts while building long-term partnerships.
• Managing day-to-day relationships with strategic customers, including owning the interaction agenda and ensuring accurate tracking of all communications for full transparency.
• Preparing and leading supplier negotiations, including assessing transaction feasibility, revenue potential, and alignment with Ritchie Bros. commercial strategy.
• Monitoring and formalizing long-term customer performance by identifying gaps, driving improvement initiatives, and implementing mitigation actions to optimize cost and revenue outcomes.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in trading, brokerage, equipment trading, or a similar deal-driven commercial environment, with a strong track record of closing transactions and delivering revenue.
• Strong understanding of asset valuation, market demand, pricing dynamics, and supply/demand drivers.
• Proven experience in negotiating and executing high-value or complex deals.
• Professional level of English, French, and Italian.
