Role Description

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Sales Service Representative to support prospective customers seeking debt settlement and debt consolidation solutions. This is a customer-focused sales role where most conversations begin with individuals who have already expressed interest in the company’s services.

• Handling inbound sales inquiries
• Understanding prospective clients’ financial needs
• Explaining available debt relief solutions
• Following up with leads
• Supporting conversion through consultative conversations
• Maintaining accurate CRM records

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, call centers, or client-facing roles
• Experience handling customer conversations over the phone
• Experience with financial services, debt settlement, debt consolidation, lending, or related industries is strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong active listening skills
• Ability to explain information clearly and patiently
• Strong relationship-building ability
• Consultative approach to sales
• Experience using CRM or customer management systems
• Strong documentation and note-taking habits
• Strong organization and time management skills
