Role Description

We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced sales, revenue, and customer success operations professionals with strong expertise in CRM ownership, connected revenue systems, workflow design, data integrity, and operational decision-making within SaaS environments. Selected professionals will:

• Configure and improve CRM and adjacent revenue platforms
• Design scalable operational workflows
• Resolve policy conflicts
• Maintain data accuracy across interconnected systems
• Produce clear documentation that supports effective adoption across sales and customer success teams

The work requires strong hands-on systems experience, practical operational judgement, and the ability to simplify complex processes without sacrificing reliability. No prior experience in AI is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in sales operations, revenue operations, customer success operations, or a closely related SaaS function
• Proven personal responsibility for configuring and maintaining CRM systems
• Direct hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM platforms is required
• Familiarity with at least two connected revenue tools outside the CRM, such as quoting, billing, ticketing, or project-management platforms
• Strong operational judgement and ability to resolve conflicting policies pragmatically
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing scalable workflows
• Strong understanding of CRM data integrity, reporting, and operational data structures
• Experience driving adoption of new tools, workflows, or operating processes among sales and customer success teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to produce clear, actionable documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working independently within a remote environment
• No prior experience in AI training or model evaluation is required

Requirements

• Independent contractor engagement
• Fully remote
• Compensation: $40–$80/hour
• Work will involve CRM ownership, revenue-system management, workflow design, policy arbitration, reporting, and data-quality improvement
• Strong hands-on SaaS operations experience is central to this engagement
• Direct CRM configuration and maintenance experience is required
• Familiarity with multiple connected revenue systems is highly valued
• Project scope, workload, and operational requirements may evolve depending on project needs
• Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party
