[Hiring] Sales Representative @Ignitvio

Role Description

This is a remote position.

Location: Remote — Latin America

Schedule: US business hours

We are looking for a driven Sales Representative (Closer) based in Latin America to sell Ignitvio’s outbound sales program to owners and sales leaders of US commercial contracting and B2B service companies.

• Prospects book a fit call with you.
• Your job is to understand their business, determine whether the program makes financial sense for them, walk them through our approach, handle objections, and close the deal.
• You’ll often speak with owners who have been burned by lead-generation vendors before, so we’re looking for someone who can build trust, sell consultatively, and confidently challenge a prospect when needed.
• You should also be comfortable saying no when a company isn’t a good fit.
• Every signed client is handed over to onboarding with clear notes so the team can execute from day one.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing B2B services or software deals, ideally with owner-operators and in the US market.
• Demonstrated ability to take opportunities from qualified sales call through signed agreement.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills, particularly with skeptical or experienced buyers.
• Comfortable asking for the business and closing on the call when the fit is right.
• Willing to disqualify prospects and walk away when the economics or fit are wrong.
• Able to explain a service and its value clearly without relying on slides or overly scripted presentations.
• Disciplined CRM use, pipeline management, and honest forecasting.
• Self-directed and able to manage your own calendar, follow-ups, and pipeline.
• Available during US business hours.
• Quiet, professional environment for sales calls.
• Reliable high-speed internet and good-quality headset.
• Reliable backup power/internet solution.

Requirements

• $3,000 USD/month base salary + commission.
• Commission on every new client you close.
• Direct training from the founder - a 7x President’s Club performer in enterprise software sales and former Oracle Sales Manager.
