Role Description

As a Remote Sales Representative at TaxRise, you’ll have what every salesperson dreams of: a steady stream of warm, qualified leads coming to you. Our industry-leading marketing generates same-day inbound calls from clients who are actively seeking solutions to their tax challenges.

• Conducting discovery calls, analyzing financial and tax information, and enrolling clients into life-changing tax resolution programs.
• No cold calling and a robust support system backing you up, allowing you to focus on closing deals and changing lives.

Qualifications

• Proven success in remote phone sales or telemarketing (minimum 3 years).
• Highly motivated with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable managing high call volumes and follow-ups in a virtual setting.
• Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently and meet goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to simplify complex concepts.
• Proficiency with customer systems (Google Suite, Salesforce preferred).
• Strong empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive client issues.
• Effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Work from home setup including a quiet workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time.
• Must be available to work occasional overtime, including evenings and some weekends, based on business needs.
