Role Description

The Sales Representative in the manufacturing sector plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients across the United States. This position requires a deep understanding of manufacturing products and processes to effectively communicate value propositions and tailor solutions to meet customer needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Identifying new business opportunities
• Negotiating contracts
• Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
• Collaborating with internal teams such as production, logistics, and customer service
• Expanding the company’s market presence
• Contributing to long-term business success through strategic sales initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, products, and industry standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required within the United States

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (preferred)
• Familiarity with supply chain and production planning concepts (preferred)
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Additional language skills relevant to key markets (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients within the manufacturing industry
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase manufacturing solutions and capabilities
• Identify new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate order fulfillment, delivery schedules, and after-sales support
• Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations
