[Hiring] Sales Program Manager @Empower

Role Description

Empower is seeking a Sales Program Manager to help Empower launch and rapidly grow in new markets across the country. This role can be remote (U.S. only), or in-person in McLean, Virginia. We are unable to sponsor visas for this position.

• Recruit, contract with, train, and oversee field sales contractors in newly launched markets across the country
• Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Conduct background checks and team trainings
• Ensure adequate inventory of marketing materials
• Continuously refine processes, SOP’s, and team workflows to optimize Empower’s Field Sales Program

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales recruiting experience
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
• Polished written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information
• Goal-oriented, organized, high-energy problem-solver with an exceptional work ethic and a desire to be part of a team disrupting the status quo
• Bachelor’s Degree

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience (preferred)
• In-person sales experience (preferred)
• Degree in human resources or organizational management (preferred)
