Role Description

As Hupo continues to grow globally, keeping our commercial operations running smoothly becomes increasingly important. This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and business support, helping our commercial team move quickly and execute effectively.

You'll gain hands-on exposure to how an AI-native startup operates behind the scenes while working closely with senior commercial and leadership teams.

What You'll Do

  • Sales Administration: Support CRM updates, pipeline tracking, reporting, and day-to-day sales administration.
  • CRM & Systems: Assist with CRM automation, systems setup, integrations, and process improvements across commercial workflows.
  • Outreach: Assist with prospect research, lead generation, and outbound initiatives.
  • Procurement: Support vendor sourcing, quotations, and purchase coordination.
  • Documentation: Prepare proposals, contracts, client documentation, and internal materials.
  • Operations: Assist with scheduling, coordination, follow-ups, and operational tasks across the commercial function.
  • Special Projects: Support ad-hoc initiatives across sales, operations, and the wider business.

What Success Looks Like

  • Become a reliable owner of recurring commercial and operational processes.
  • Help improve the efficiency and responsiveness of sales operations.
  • Deliver accurate and timely support across multiple business functions.

You'll also be expected to continuously:

  • Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
  • Demonstrate ownership, initiative, and curiosity.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership.
  • Availability to commit full-time for at least 3 months.

Requirements

  • Exposure to CRM tools or sales operations processes.
  • Experience supporting procurement, vendor management, or administrative work.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills and comfort working with data.
  • Interest in startups, AI, or B2B SaaS businesses.
