Role Description

Leland is seeking an experienced sales operations coach to work with students and professionals building careers in sales operations. This role includes:

• Teaching core skills in sales operations, sales strategy, sales analytics, sales enablement, and sales training.
• Guiding students through account management, territory management, and customer relationship management.
• Assisting with CRM automation and applying AI fundamentals and AI automation to modern sales workflows.
• Supporting resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, and salary negotiation.
• Providing guidance on promotion strategy, networking strategy, and freelancing for those pursuing independent work.

Ideal candidates have:

• Professional experience in sales operations.
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
• A clear, structured approach to breaking down operational and strategic concepts.

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
